Handcrafted from deadstock vintage fabric, this one-of-a-kind cushion features a striking traditional Ainu pattern in deep indigo and natural white. The bold curvilinear motifs — scrolling spirals and interlocking geometric forms — are characteristic of the textile traditions of Japan's northern indigenous Ainu people, where such patterns were believed to carry protective power.

Sourced from limited deadstock yardage, pattern placement varies slightly — no two are exactly alike.
