Handcrafted from vintage Japanese fabric, this one-of-a-kind pillow features rare katazome (stencil-dyed) cloth, about 100 years old, dyed in indigo with maroon accents. The pattern depicts a flowing karakusa vine entwined with chrysanthemum blooms, symbolizing longevity, prosperity, and the unbroken continuity of a family line. Softened beautifully over time, it is a wonderful accent piece that brings a sense of history into your home.
